Our 360Care program gives you access to our staff of experienced management, technology and implementation professionals with extensive expertise in all areas of an orthodontic practice. Our 360 group supports your network, hardware, software implementation, back-up, security, firewall and antivirus in your main office and satellite locations. Project Planning & Implementation
Whether you’re remodeling, building or adding a satellite, we’ll work with your team to make the critical decisions. But first, we want to understand your five year plan so we can design a solution that’s right for you now and later. Speed and stability are critical so we’ll find the connectivity answer that fits your needs. We’ll schedule a site survey to assess your physical location and existing technology. Most importantly, we’ll be right there to help you implement your solutions every step of the way.
Infrastructure Design
We know what works in an orthodontic office. We know that making your office run efficiently is more than just stringing a network together. We want to hear your plans and then we’ll optimize those plans with innovative ideas that tie all the components together – network, telephone, audio, video and security systems.
System Optimization
We choose servers and workstations that provide optimal throughput for distributed applications and manage associated traffic. We’re cost conscious, but we also know the best return on investment is a system that responds to your needs quickly.
We will optimize your network by reducing network “traffic jams.” We have the specialized equipment to “sniff out” the bottlenecks that create these “slowdowns.” We’ll clean up the issues and re-route your traffic. The anti-virus and spyware software will be maximized to eliminate any unnecessary scanning and rescanning.
Hardware
We use hardware based on our assessment of your practice. We will not use “build a box” PCs that have no-name boards and components. We operate with quality standards that are commensurate with the manner in which your practice delivers treatment. We want you to be your best. Our proactive approach to “planned obsolescence” provides a cost effective solution that maximizes your investment.
Software Integration
Our software engineers are experts at delivering seamless industry solutions. We work closely with adjunctive applications – Sesame, Televox, OrthoCad, SureSmile, Invisalign, Planmeca, Sirona, Instrumentarium and Kodak 2D and 3D digital imaging.
